• Free Tracked Delivery: Orders over £30 qualify for free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery. Orders under £30 cost only £2.99.
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Free on orders over £40. In most cases (99.5%) delivered next day including Saturday.
• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Free on orders over £30. Typically delivered within 2 working days, including Saturday.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Public Holidays) are dispatched the same day. If your order is placed shortly after 4:00pm, we’ll do our best to process it until 4:15pm.
• Age Verification: First-time customers should allow an additional 1–2 minutes for verification. Please have valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport) ready.
