This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products, request replacements, or obtain refunds in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions below.
Due to the nature of vape products, we can only accept returns if:
•    The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
•    The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
•    You received the wrong product or quantity.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
•    Opened e-liquids, pods, or coils.
•    Products that have been used, tampered with, or removed from their packaging.
•    Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty). 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or becomes faulty within a reasonable period, please contact us immediately at info@vaperkart.co.uk with:
•    Your order number
•    Photos or videos showing the issue
•    A short description of the fault
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
•    A replacement of the same item
•    A store credit for the same value
•    A refund to your original payment method
We aim to process all verified claims within 5 -7 business days. 

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return:
1.    Email info@vaperkart.co.uk with your request and order details.
2.    Our team will confirm if your item qualifies for return and provides return instructions.
3.    Repack the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
4.    Ship it back to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5 -10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
•    Change of mind after opening the product
•    Failure to pass age verification
•    Products damaged due to misuse or negligence 

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard return process after delivery. 

6. Age Verification Failures

If your age cannot be verified, your order may be cancelled and refunded (minus any administrative or verification fees).
This helps us comply with UK law governing age-restricted vape sales. 

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
